Four respected industry professionals announced the formation of a new firm to develop, manage and promote transportation and infrastructure programs for public and private project sponsors and developers. Jeff Boothe, Sharon Greene, Jeff Morales and Mike Schneider jointly announced the formation of InfraStrategies LLC, focused on providing advice and developing creative and credible solutions for implementing infrastructure programs globally.

Carolyn Flowers becomes a Principal in the Infrastructure Advisory Firm InfraStrategies
InfraStrategies LLC is pleased to announce that Carolyn Flowers, former Acting Administrator of the Federal Transit Administration under President Obama, has become a partner and managing principal of the firm, joining current principals Jeff Boothe, Sharon Greene, Jeff Morales and Mike Schneider.
Flowers joins the InfraStrategies team following an exceptionally accomplished career and will be based in the firm’s Southern California office.

In Europe and Asia, there are numerous high-speed rail (HSR) lines. For 2015, the U.S. High Speed Rail Association reported that there were 29,792 km (18,512 miles) of high-speed lines, 3,603 train sets in operation and 1.6 billion passengers traveling on those lines annually.
